Sense of Power Pilates is an Instructor Training Studio and Work Placement Studio for the Pilates International Training Centre, which means we’re qualified to guide you every step of the way.
Here's how it works:
1. Enrol in your course of choice with Pilates ITC.
2. Schedule a time with us for your student induction.
3. We’ll create a schedule for your weekly studio time.
4. We’ll support and guide you every step of the way.
THE TRIPLE THREAT PILATES PRO.
All Pilates approaches in one comprehensive, accredited qualification. Learn how to develop creative, functional Pilates experiences for Matwork, Reformer and using all Studio apparatus in a private or small group setting. Plus, specialised study of the Method for special conditions including pregnancy and post-natal, rehabilitation and elite-level conditioning.

THE SPECIALTY OF YOUR CHOOSING
Pilates ITC also offers other pathways to Instructor qualifications, with courses specific to individual apparatus like Matwork, Reformer and Small Apparatus. These offerings train you to become a Pilates class professional with one comprehensive, accredited qualification – in-Studio and online.

Our Founder, Alisha Porter has been working with Pilates ITC Students as a Supervisor since 2016. Sense of Power Pilates was selected as the first NSW Instructor Training Studio in 2019. Since then we have helped guide over 155 students through their self-mastery requirements at the studio.
