When Almudena and Abel first stepped into Sense of Power Pilates n Pyrmont in July 2023, they were looking for more than just exercise. Like many busy professionals, they were spending long hours at a desk and juggling work, family, and life demands. Abel was managing mild but persistent lower back pain, while Almudena was in the first trimester of her third pregnancy and wanted a safe, supportive way to keep moving.
Sense of Power Pilates is an instructor training and work placement studio with Pilates ITC. Sense of Power Pilates is a registered studio with Pilates Association Australia (ST19048919) and AusActive (403335).
