All of our Instructors have a Diploma and 560+ hours of Pilates training experience.
An extensive range of Pilates equipment to tailor workouts to your needs.
Our 1-hour Studio Sessions incorporate the full range of Pilates equipment, with programming structured and tailored to each individual.
Private Pilates Sessions allow for 1-on-1 time with an Instructor, creating the opportunity to delve deeper and gain additional instructional guidance in your Pilates practice.
With two clients to 1 Instructor, our Duet Sessions are often favoured by couples or family members who want to commit to consistent Pilates practice together.
With a maximum of 4 clients to 1 Instructor, each client in our Semi-Private Sessions is still guided through their own customised programs using a range of Pilates equipment.
Whether you’re an experienced Pilates attendee or interested in trying it for the first time, it all starts with a private 1-hour Initial Consultation.

During an initial 1-hour session we’ll work together one on one to understand your health background, any injury history and movement goals. We’ll also introduce you to the Pilates equipment if it’s your first time.
We’ll craft a Pilates program that’s uniquely suited to you, ensuring you get the most out of every session. Depending on your preference, we’ll schedule upcoming Private, Duet or Semi-Private bookings.

With close to 7000 Pilates teaching hours behind her, it’s safe to say our founder, Alisha, lives and breathes Pilates. (Some clients call her our in-house “Pilates Nerd”!)
A former contemporary dancer, Alisha turned to Pilates after sustaining an injury to her pelvis and hip socket.
Through developing a consistent Pilates practise she experienced a reduction in her pain levels and was able to postpone the need for surgery. She was hooked!
She became a Diploma qualified Instructor with Pilates ITC in 2016 and has been teaching full time and supporting other Instructors with their training ever since.
